Your bridal journey doesn't end when you find your dream dress it continues with expert alterations that ensure your gown fits you beautifully. Because every bride is unique, wedding gowns are ordered in the closest available size and are then tailored to achieve the perfect fit. Whether your gown needs a hem, bustle, adjustments through the bodice, or custom design changes, our experienced in-house seamstress is here to bring your vision to life.
Your Alterations Experience
Most gowns require 2–3 alteration appointments to achieve a flawless fit. During your first appointment, your seamstress will carefully evaluate your gown, discuss your desired fit, and review any customizations you'd like to make, such as adding sleeves, adjusting the neckline or back, incorporating appliqués, beading, or other personal touches.
Once your gown has been pinned, you'll receive a detailed alterations estimate. If you choose to move forward, payment is required before alterations begin, and your follow-up fittings will be scheduled.
What to Bring
To ensure the best possible fit, please bring:
Your wedding shoes (or shoes with the same heel height you plan to wear)
Any undergarments or shapewear you intend to wear on your wedding day
These items allow us to tailor the gown accurately to your silhouette and ensure the hem and overall fit are perfect.
Scheduling Your Alterations
Alterations are available by appointment only. Once your gown arrives, our team will gladly help you schedule your fittings and guide you through each step of the process.
